1. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between TOLLET Candles Collection, represented by Stephan Tollet, and any customer placing an order on the website www.tollet.cc.

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

Tollet offers handcrafted scented candles and home fragrance products.
Due to the artisanal nature of the products, minor variations in colour, wax or finish may occur.
Product visuals are non-contractual.

3. Prices – VAT

Prices are displayed in euros.

VAT not applicable – small business VAT exemption scheme (Article 56bis of the Belgian VAT Code).

4. Customer account

Customers may create a personal account allowing access to order history.
The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
Tollet reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of misuse or fraud.

5. Orders and payment

Orders become final once payment has been validated.
Products remain the property of Tollet until full payment is received.

6. Delivery

Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 5 working days.
Delivery is available in Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
Tollet cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.

7. Right of withdrawal

Customers have a withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
Candles that have been used or lit cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

8. Safety and use

Candles must be used in accordance with the safety instructions provided.
Tollet declines any responsibility in case of improper use.

9. Liability

Tollet cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the products or failure to follow safety instructions.

10. Force majeure

Tollet shall not be held liable for failure to fulfil its obligations in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute, the courts of Bruges shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
